Appalling service. I was offered a service plan for my vehicle from an advisor, despite not requesting once. Such was the contents of the deal, I accepted. However, over the next 6 weeks the advisor proceeded to tell me a pack of lies and fob me off. This eventually caught up with him, and the original offer was adhered to. Jardine/Audi then took too many payments, which lead to a further complaint. We are now passed 4 months since I was offered the deal by Warrington Audi, and its still not resolved. Despite dozens of emails, all I get from Jardine motors is a semi generic response we have passed your complaint to Warrington Audi - who subsequently have done absolutely nothing. 4 months. Pathetic. The HOB stepped into fix my issue, which took over four months, so thank you for that. But it should never have taken such involvement or almost 5 months to correct. However, Ive had further issues with this dealership this week and despite Audi assist saying my car will be seen within 48 hours, Ive now been advised it will be three weeks. I was also promised a call by the service desk, and Im not surprised , no call has materialised. Appalling ! Absolutely appalling .

My car was letting water in the back passenger footwell it was flooded so I had a musty smell when I put the heaters on & the windows steamed up with it being under warranty it needed doing so I let them know days before that I'd need a courtesy car because I was off on holiday with my son, my car was in all week because it was a big job & they couldn't give me a car for the week I was very disappointed with the service I gave my number for the manager to give me a call & I didn't even get that even when I tried again I got no call back that was the week ruined.

Rang them at 10 past 6 for a quick question and the gentleman that answered just pretended I was really faint, then put the phone down instantly. Obviously just can't be bothered answering simple questions 20 minutes before closing.

Phoned to book in Q3 for oil change and inspection after receiving a quote online, only to be told it would cost and extra 15 to include consumables ?? Lady got a little snotty and basically said it is what it is, total costing 315. I declined the offer and went to Preston Audi (Same group) and was charged 284 not cheap but worked out a lot cheaper Check your other local garages before booking in for service or other works. My daughter also owns an Audi so missed out there too.
