I own a flooring business abased in manchester, after being asked to price a job I had to inform the customer of asbestos in the area he wanted doing, after coming across zienna on the Internet I asked what was needed. Ady, came to site meeting myself and the owner and to discuss what was needed. And time scale required. I left ady and site owner to talk business, ady kept me in the look regarding time scales etc meaning I could lease with site owner to book thier work in. After the work was completed by Zienna the site was left clean and tidy ready for us to complete our work. I couldn't fault this company, their customer service was absolutely BANG ON!! and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Poor customer services. Not friendly. Would not recommend. Reply to the owner. Customer services means interaction on the telephone with your company. Which was very poor. No, i have not got you mixed up with any other company !! Yes, asbestos removal. Just because you can't remember speaking to me, and you never asked my name at the time as it was a general enquiry. Therefore in my opinion your customer service skills were bad.
