Worst company to deal with, wasnt happy at all with how they dealt with my aerial. Didnt complain but ask to put it right, got ignored that pretty much blocked, dont deal with this company

So, I called the number on their website (friday lunchtime), spoke to someone and clearly described what I'm looking to have done. Agreed for someone to come and visit site to quote on Monday. Three follow up calls to determine when they are likely to arrive (continually told, your 4th on the list and he's got a problem on his 3rd job) only for no-one to turn up (no call to advise they weren't coming) 10.30am Tuesday morning, I get a call stating he's 5mins away (whilst I'm at work!) We agree I'll work from home on Friday and he will come around then. Pleasant enough lad "Ums, and Arghs" about the job, stating he will have to call a colleague. (All that can be heard is him asking "Well how do you do that") Returns to advise he can run an ariel lead directly from the antenna to stick out the wall "where I'd like the tv" But when told (as I said on the phone a week ago) I want it to run to an ariel socket with a concealed backbox in the wall, told "idont have any of those on the van, so No, we don't do that! Seriously? Since when does anyone want a length of wire appearing from a wall? I thought a TV ARIEL INSTALATION company, eould be able to install a TV arial (with socket) but clearly not. I need to search for a TV arial and wall socket company! The world has gone mad! 1 week later, NO further forward!
