Cant thank mark enough for his service. Used him countless times now for both airport & event travel. Nothings too much trouble & even got me some milk when picking us up from the airport in the morning! He meets you in the arrivals lounge so theres no messing around when you land! Mark runs a very professional executive level service. Clear communications with detailed summary of booking which puts your mind at rest that your car will be with you when you need it. Mark arrived promptly, slightly ahead of schedule which was great. He brought an immaculately clean people carrier which was ideal size for a family holiday. After being let down by many other local big taxi firms recently I am really pleased to find Avatar and would certainly recommend for peace of mind and a luxurious airport or corporate travel.

Brilliant service provided by Mark at Avatar for a recent return trip to Manchester Airport. He has everything right from prompt communications, his detailed online booking form/confirmation email containing all the vital information, punctual pick ups, friendly approach and comfortable ride. In particular, Mark was very reassuring when describing arrangements for meeting him in the arrivals area after collecting our bags. He tracks flight arrivals so, even though our plane landed 30 minutes ahead of schedule, he was there to meet us as planned and take us and our bags to his vehicle. We will certainly use Mark again for future airport trips and would highly recommend his excellent service.

Had never heard of this company. Phoned Mark as I wanted a reliable minibus/people carrier for our guests transfer to Sale Town Hall. Well, right from the start Mark was most helpful, nothing was too much trouble. He arranged transport, brilliant from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
