First time using Shoebox was to file a tax return and I have to say that Mike was fantastic and took the stress away from the whole process. Everything was completed remotely and Mike was on hand to answer questions along the way. Would highly recommend.

I cant praise Shoebox Accountants enough. Mike has been amazing. I had a very complicated pension tax issue that I need help with. He has not only helped with that but has clearly explained every complicated step. Mike has always got back to me when I needed him to, and provided reassuring and professional advice. They are a genuine and caring company and I highly recommend them.

First of all I'm new to self employment and didn't really have any idea as to how my self assessment works, luckily after looking online for some time and messaging multiple accountants, shoebox was the only company to reply and it was new years eve! Mike was the lovely guy that I got to speak to and he answered all my questions thoroughly which helped clear my mind. Mike also enlightened me to my mistake of not applying for my UTR sooner in the year but luckily he applied for it same day on my behalf and was able to sort my self assessment with plenty of time to spare avoiding me any unnecessary fines. I appreciate its a busy time of year for accountants but that just makes me more happy with my service, as even with a busy schedule, he's made time to help me with such efficiency. 100% recommend Very knowledgeable and helpful Thanks for your help Tom Lacey
