SWIFT Refunds Limited

Extremely slow process Extremely slow process . Started claim September 2022 . Always chasing up requesting updates . Been with HMRC since February 2023 . Its now May always promised an update when I email from Connor still waiting a response . Emailed yesterday to have an email bounce back saying someone will get back to me in 4 weeks as they are really busy this whole process is coming into 8 months since I started it . USELESS. Please make sure you read the actual reviews of these on Google as opposed to their handpicked ones on their website! 8-12 weeks they initially tell you youll have your refund. Its an absolute lie, Im 6 months in and still no closer to actually getting my refund by the looks of things. If you email them, youll get an automated response to tell you theyll respond within 4 weeks . If you speak to them on the phone youll get a scripted response. Honestly, I dont know how this company is even in business Would not recommend at all.

Used Swift Refunds for my tax return, took some time but was in no rush. Filed to do my tax return for the next year and the online forms kept failing to submit. Called numerous times for help and support and got no call back. Got 100 fine from HMRC. They bombard you daily with texts and emails but cant respond to customers needed help.

Ive used swift refunds the last two years to complete my mobile worker self assessment process was smooth I received 750 for 2 years tax back I cant thank Richard Evans enough for telling me about the mobile worker self assessment it took about roughly 12 weeks to get the money back but once you fill the form out swift tax care of the rest
