AVOID!!! AVOID!! They assured me all my Self Assessment returns were being sent in after I filled out all details each year across 4 years, however, I have just received a nasty shock from HM Revenue to say none had been sent in... not a single one, along with a 6k penalty fine. Still trying to get hold of one of their "tax specialists" to help rectify the situation. Absolutely bizarre and unprofessional to say the least and these guys are not the cheapest company by any stretch. Avoid using at all costs. Utterly appalling service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible Service, they do no value their clients or client needs, if they reply, there is a long delay in replying to any form of communication, and they do not respond to all of the points that you bring up to them, only what they deem relevant. Their "onboarding" processes is generic and is spread over a 3 month period, not willing to give you information that you request at the time if it is not as per their "script". If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

SLEEPING ACCOUNTANTS Are Brooksons still operating, or is everyone still on holiday? I have been trying to contact an advisor or customer service for 2 weeks - without success. This is for a tax return issue that I am incurring HMRC fines - due to Brooksons lack of attention.. Last year the system did not work for months. Is it now the turn of the staff: or has Brooksons stopped trading?

Avoid as a plague It is Friday, and without any notice i haven't been payed... This is ongoing issue with them, when i complain for a week i receive email everyday that they don't have response from my agency (scipro)....I pick up the phone, my agency replied straight away...when i complain again they said for the 10th time (I am sorry i feel this way), like they live in a dream, and it is not the reality of what they doing...or they don't do, and always the one on the phone promise to contact the payroll people inside this company and you never talk to the person in the department (They are hidden). Or for few days they claim some Lucy who is responsible for my account she is off sick.
