Not used before I was told I had to and to be honest dont think I will be using them again if I have a choice!

Avoid! use any other Umbrella company but Parasol. They have continued to mess my payments up in every way you can imagine, then no customer support when you try and sort it out. Never been so frustrated. If you do decide to trust an organisation like this with something as important as your payroll then expect to have to double check and cross reference every single invoice and timesheet, otherwise you will find yourself short as I have on numerous occasions. Giving 1 star soley so I can post this review and warn other people away from using them.

Seen a few negative reviews but to be fair, since I've dealt with these guys they've been nothing but helpful and very accessible. Shout out to Andy who really took the headache out of some tax questions I had. Cheers guys!

Use anyone but Parasol. During Covid promised to honour contracts - they didn't. Exorbitant weekly costs. Lousy service. The number of times they have messed up my contracts so that my portal looks a complete pile of disorganised mess.

Shambles of a company. A portal that isn't fit for purpose, payments going missing, invoices matched up incorrectly and payments delayed. Add in the huge data hack earlier in the year, this company should be shut down. I can't wait until the end of my assignment so I can leave.
