I had a fabulous massage with Sharon last week. She worked hard on loosening off my tight muscles and I felt much better as a result. Sharon also taught me some exercises to use and followed that up with a program for me. She is very generous with her knowledge and skills, and I highly recommend her.

Sharon has a wealth of experience in massage. I have regularly had massages with her for 5 years. She has a great understanding of the human body and works with injuries and strains extremely well with great results. I highly recommend her.

I used the your healing your way,and the option I choose was deep tissue and back massage,and also had an Indian head message. The whole experience was amazing,I was made to feel very comfortable and the experience was very relaxed and enjoyable. I will definitely be using this service again. Thank you.

I had a sports massage with Sharon , have a long standing injury in my lower back, this also effects my legs, found Sharon very professional and listened to what I told her, she made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage will be going back.
