        Just awful. We have used DPD for over 10 years and this last year has been absolutely hideous. They never answer the phones. Drivers say they've collected when they haven't so they can get home quicker. Completely unacceptable. This is not the service we are paying for!

        No attempt at delivery absolute joke of a company charge for next day delivery always fail In future if I buy online I will stipulate If delivered by dpd I'll cancel the order

        Drivers just dont even arrive or ring the bell. Just get a text saying sorry we missed you this has happened three times now. I spent the entire hour slot looking out the window looking for the driver who never arrived. Disappointed Postal Delays.

        Honestly the worst customer service and professionalism Ive ever received. I got an email saying my parcel was delivered when it wasnt, so I called the depo who were completely unprofessional and talking to me as if it was my fault the parcel wasnt delivered (or delivered to the wrong address). Would not recommend.
