Glad to see the business appears to be closed so she cant hurt anyone else. Millie kindly sent us reminders to pay her the remaining balance for our wedding even though she clearly had no intentions of turning up. The DAY BEFORE our wedding we were calling and trying to find a new photographer because she had not replied to our emails, messages, website enquiries or calls. She has not refunded us and has had every excuse under the sun of why she let us down. She is an absolute disgrace and should be ashamed of herself. Stepping away from the business side she is a human being and how she can treat other people like this is absolutely disgusting. She knew our situation after just having a baby but still chose to steal our money. Luckily we had the funds for a new photographer otherwise we wouldnt have photos of our wedding. Millie- I hope you enjoyed spending our money

Very disappointed! Myself and my husband are still waiting for our photo album which we paid for this extra as a package, its been 9 months since our wedding and our photo's were delayed also, we waited 3-4 months for our wedding photo's and we communicated with Millie through Facebook, emails and text and had no communication from Millie, the only way we got a reply was for my sister in law to write a bad review.. again we have been waiting for our photo album for over 3 months with no reply or communication from Millie, again I have sent emails, texts,Facebook messages and no reply.. MILLIE! please get back to us with an update or we will take this further and request for a refund for the money we paid for the photo album.

Following on from my husbands below review - Andy is still waiting for that phone call Millie? What we were promised and what was delivered are far from the truth, so a fraudster and a thief is exactly what you are and the many reviews here have clearly exposed you for what you are so save the poor explanations. We were fortunate to have family find us a photographer the night before our wedding, given that Millie left us nearly 1,200 out of pocket - this is one we were unable to pay ourselves. Millie to claim yourself as professional, you should be ashamed of yourself. I think its awful for you to prey on couples planning the most special day of their lives and you pretend to be something that you are not. As I told you the morning of my wedding, when you FINALLY decided to reach out to me after weeks of me emailing,texting,calling and leaving voicemails - we are still waiting for our money back as you did not fulfill the services which we paid you for.

With regards to the review below From Tesslin(Sue) you photographed our wedding on the 7th August 2020 at Horsham registry office, we have been trying to contact you for months via email and phone and you have never responded! Not even the Common decency to let us know if there was a problem! Obviously we would love our photos but if this is not possible please refund our money. I will be sending a letter with these details now I have your address.

As others have said on here - DO NOT USE MILLIE AND MAX. My partner and I got in touch and met with Millie in mid-June last year (2021) as we had been looking for a photographer for our wedding. Our first impressions were great; friendly, kind and understood what our requirements were. We decided to book in with Millie and paid the 250 deposit which was to secure her for our wedding day. We then received an email from her in April of this year asking to meet up and run over the original plans we had initially spoke about for our wedding and to check to see if there were any changes. She also requested the rest of the payment which we sent. After sending the final payment of 945, we received another message from her explaining that we needed to send it to a different account as her business account had closed (this was untrue!). The account had not been closed, it was frozen and she was currently unable to access it. We met with Millie and discussed the day. She said she would send over the time sheet outlining the times and places she would be for the day of our wedding so we could share this with the venue for our reception. This was meant to be sent after our meeting and we never ever received it. Even to this day, we still havent received the timeline of events. My partner decided to contact Millie via phone on numerous occasions, left multiple voicemails, sent text messages and multiple emails with zero response. Nothing. It is like Millie just disappeared with 1,195 of our money and what did we have to show for it? Nothing. On the ACTUAL DAY of our wedding, Millie had the audacity to call my partner at 11am, nearly 30 minutes after she was meant to start, explaining that she was our photographer and was there ready to shoot the day. My partner and her best friend went outside of the hotel and she wasnt there. We have no idea where she was when she made that phone call and my partner requested she give us our money back which we are still waiting for. We are now nearly 1,200 out of pocket thanks to this disgusting scammer and if you read the previous 1 star reviews, you will see we are not the only ones she seems to have conned. If you ever come across Millie and Max Photographers, DO NOT USE THEM. She is a fraudster and should not even have her own business as she is essentially stealing from people via wedding bookings which is just disgusting. As other reviews have said, if I could give her 0 stars, I would. You have been warned, do not use her!
