My experience with Apollo Motor Group was fantastic. Communcation from the point of booking everything in was brilliant.I dealt with Matt Doyle who was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything on my car was sorted in a timly manner. My car arrived back looking brand new, especially after there great wash and polish service. I work in a demanding field where it's tough to make customers happy, and it takes a lot of effort for teams to stay at a satisfactory or good level. Since a deer damaged my BMW and the emotions of metaphorical scares it had created within, it was time to focus and get the insurance company involved. Aviva, with whom I am insured, were good in the first instance, and then it is that tough decision of who to choose from the list of approved repairers or my own. Out of efficiency and the ability to get a courtesy car, I chose Apollo Motor Group Horsham to complete the work on my car. It seemed like, as a parent leaving your child at hospital to have an operation, you did not know what the outcome was going to be. Having not had to use Apollo Motor Group, the anxieties spiked through the roof, and it was only when I spoke to a good friend who had used you before and said in his view, one of the best in Sussex. I began to relax, still apprehensive on how the work was going to turn out. Now, its not the beginning or end of the journey that provides you with the joyful experience that lasts a lifetime, it's the middle that creates something from within that connects you at a far deeper level. When David and the other receptionists greeted me so warmly at the beginning, I felt instantly at ease and knew that my car would be in good hands. What made Apollo Motor Group stand out as the best customer service I have had in my life to date? It's quite simple, really, communication and connection! Apollo Motor Group and I entered into a verbal contract where they would provide regular updates on Tuesday and Thursdays. Guess what, you did, and they were rich and meaningful updates. Some were setbacks out of your control. You still had the courage to let me know, and that made all the difference. Insurance claims can be stressful at the best of times, NO STRESS AT ALL! David, who was processing the claim, provided me with updates and responded with fluidity and efficiency. This gives confidence that you know what you are doing and have a grip of the claim. It doesnt stop there, when I received my car, like a kid at Christmas, you float to the clouds and don't focus on the handover, as you are so excited to get the car back. Well, I drove it for the first time, and something didnt feel right, and the cars tracking was significantly off. I sent an email to David and, before I had even pressed the send button, I received a response from him and not one that fobbed me off, one that said bring it in next week and we can get an engineer to look at the wheel alignment. I was worried about taking a long car journey over the upcoming weekend, so I asked if I could bring my car in for the wheel alignment on Friday. I contacted customer service on Thursday to try and get a response the next day, and their already great service went stratospherically above and beyond my expectations. The engineers took my car, completed the checks, and took time to show me the data and changes they had made! Well, what can I say? I have my car back! More importantly, I have peace of mind! I am so impressed by the customer service Apollo Motor Group has in place. I want to learn from you and ask if there is an opportunity to connect with and speak with someone that can take me through the strategic and operational bits that have been the best customer service experience I have had to date.
