        Had our water softener for 4 years now and I would never live in a house again without one. Quotation and installation was superb. Since then, I ordered salt tablets and had the guys around to check on the system - fantastic customer service. Would never use anyone else.

        I would echo all the other good reviews. Both installation and after sales service. I was slightly miffed today when trying to order some salt blocks. We live some miles away from their premises so at the advertised delivery cost to TA17 ( a flat fee which includes this postcode) I decided to go ahead. I had problems trying to get the site to include the delivery details and add the cost to the paypal screen. Had to phone up and as the person I spoke to did not have a great knowledge of the web site (not a problem) we agreed that he placed the order via a payment card. The delivery cost went up to 15 "because we are not in a DT postcode". The web site clearly states that delivery is a flat fee Of 10 for the TA17 postcode. Bob
