        FBS installed two log burners at my house and I was very impressed with their advice and the installation of the final product. Log burners aren't as simple as you might think they are So in order to get them working correctly it takes real expertise. FBS went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend them.

        Recently had a stove fitted had a few hic ups at the beginning due to lack of communication. However after Steve got involved communication was superb.The 2 engineers were excellent I'm very particular and like things just right and cannot fault the workmanship would of given 5 star if communication was better at the beginning

        Had a stove fitted but unfortunately they did not sweep the chimney before fitting the chimney pipe which has led to problems with residue left in the chimney getting hot and smelling strongly of fumes. Also took a very long time to complete the work. Lovely friendly staff though but sadly I don't feel like they did a fantastic job.
