I felt welcome as soon as I walked in.
Josh was busy with someone else at the time so the young lad (I am sorry for not remembering your name!), was really attentive, showed me the car, and answered all my questions and worries. Thank you for your kindness
Josh was really friendly, paperwork was easy to do and I felt at ease knowing that I could call if I have any issues with the car
All and all was a positive experience .

I must say that Josh was lovely and apologised for all the errors made.
Im just hoping that the car will be better than the aftersales customer service I have received.
