We asked if he can fix the tele and how much it will cost, he said if he can't fix it then he wouldn't charge us, then he phones and said he can't fix the tele and then he wanted 20 for his time, fair enough but he should have told us that he will charge us if he can't fix it, then we wouldn't bother.
