Absolutely disgusted by the attitude of the older chap working 24/11/22. We came in at roughly 9:15 When we turned up we wasnt seen to for a couple of minutes so just waited nicely. The chap comes out and goes Yeah Ill be with you in a minute so we just assumed hes been busy and stressed so waited patiently. He then takes our order. Every reply from him was like he didnt want to be talking to us or be at his job. Then my partner asks for TLC (taste like chicken) and didnt hear the man said they didnt have any and then says to my partner I did just say we dont have any, its still defrosting so I cant use it which wasnt too bad at first, I thought hes had a stressful morning, its just the sassy way he was saying all of this. Then my partner asked for hash browns, if they had any for him to go well of course we do otherwise we wouldnt be able to do the festive sandwiches and started to talk to us like we were stupid. I had to walk off with how angry I was with his attitude. I understand its neat Christmas and stressful, I work in hospitality myself and serving food, but never in a million years would I talk to a customer like they were so little below me. My Specialist sandwich engineer was friendly, attentive and very generous with the fillings. Excellent subway, would visit again!
