        I joined Miffs classes last year and they massively helped to improve my general fitness, tone up and build my strength (I went from barely being able to hold my own body weight to full press-ups!). The group I joined was so welcoming, with everyone struggling and moaning through together! The range of classes meant I was never bored and with Miff constantly forcing me to push myself I kept seeing results week after week. I cannot recommend Miff enough she is a brilliant trainer, motivator and the loveliest person
