I love going to the factory shop the owner served us this week and was great with our kids. We bought some lovely candles with amazing scents. They last for ages and the scent stays strong until the candle is done.

I have tried to shop here multiple times, but there is often a sign on the door explaining that the shop is closed for lunch, for hours on end. The opening hours seem really odd. I have previously been served by a very nice and helpful young woman but I don't understand why they are always unavailable. The sign sometimes says "call me on this number and I will come down and assist you" and I just think that's really strange. The candles are fantastic. Love them.

I have had a number of true grace candles and not only do they smell amazing they last a long time too which makes them well worth the . Similar to another review I was so impressed by their head office - i recently had an issue with a wick of a candle and could no longer use the item after talking with customer service they replaced my item (not the exact one but close enough) and it arrived next day. Its customer service like this that bring life long customers and Im for sure going to be one.
