        Shockin from both people group and vna agency based in billeracy never ever dealt with such poor and miss management from corporations

        BE VERY CAREFUL. BEFORE JOINING PEOPLE GROUP SERVICES REMEMBER THESE THINGS: 1. Count the number of hours you work every day. Your agency will offer you a daily rate and they will pretend that you only work 6 hour days. In reality you will work longer than this, and your agreed daily rate might fall below the national minimum wage. Do not expect them to make the adjustments, even if you are submitting timesheets that clearly state the number of hours you are working. 2. Even as an agency worker, you are LEGALLY ENTITLED to holiday pay. People Group Services will try to subtract your holiday pay from your daily rate. Do not let them do this. DON'T SELL YOURSELVES SHORT. These agencies rely on their young, naive employees not asking any questions, not knowing their rights, and not having the confidence to stand up to them. You have rights. Don't forget that.

        Nice people on the end of the phone but I was horrified by the margins - I feel I've been mis-sold - why is it necessary to take more then the taxman? that's a double whammy in this current climate. Not happy at all from now on I am only looking at FCSA registered umbrella's
