A wonderful store / drinking spot. Personally I like to take a refillable bottle down there every weekend. Selection always rotates and I've never been disappointed. Knowledgeable owner and cheerful welcome easily makes this my favourite shop in town!

Really looking forward to visiting this place before our our curry booked opposite. The venue was only 30% full so we believed the accomodation of 4 thirsty punters wouldn't have be a problem. Arriving at approx. 7.35 we were told we couldn't be served as closing at 8 and told takeaway only. We would've finished easily before 8 as we only wanted drinks. We felt the man working was rude and totally unaccommodating to our party, I'm surprised in this era hospitality venues are willing to dismiss business like this. We ventured to a pub nearby called The Organ, who surprisingly had a very good selection of beer and ale.

Great selection of beers, ciders, spirits etc. Nice seated area for sampling a few too. Dan and Bex are very friendly and knowledgeable, great if you need advice on buying that "special something" as a present for somebody else.
