        We stumbled on the shop on a girls weekend away, after we couldn't find a location that could do walk-in piercings. This happened just by chance, but made our trip that much memorable. The staff were really friendly, helpful and caring. The lady who did our piercings said this shop has been her familie's business for multiple generations, so they definitely know what they are doing. We got some lovely ear piercings and a great experience that we will cherish forever.

        Very friendly and helpful staff. I went in after the pin on my old watch snapped. Although the watch isnt particularly valuable, it does hold a lot of sentimental value to me, so I was delighted when the man out the back had kindly replaced the pin for me free of charge.
