Turned up to order a pizza and they don't take cash for pizza products but the staff do take cash tips when I get it delivered. I can understand taking card details for pizza delivery so they know they have the money before coming out but not taking cash on site is taking away my freedom to choose. Not everyone has a bank account. I've deleted the Domino's app and won't be a customer again. They have temporarily stopped accepting PayPal, goes to show you in the future they can decide to "temporarily" choose not to serve you at all.

Ordered a large pizza and big dip for delivery but received only the pizza with its meagre sized dip attached to the box. The delivery driver said he didnt know about the big dip, but after I called the store to enquire, the dip was delivered. Wouldnt it be a good idea to give the drivers a selection of dips in case this happens again? Or to give a copy of the receipt so they can check the items ordered?
