        Busses frequently fail to stop at Upton Lovell "request stop" and regularly leave my nephew stranded by the roadside. Far from observant or diligent bus drivers !!! Not impressive in any way.

        Awful experience. When the buses are extremely early, they don't wait for all passengers, as all good private bus services do. Half of the coaches and buses have dirty floors and one of the bus drivers repeatedly missed my stop. Customer service is also awful and they don't respond to complaints. A driver also scraped badly against a wall wall while driving to a match. Oh and I forgot, They don't have aircon and that's awful on a hot day!
