I ordered a muscle balm six days ago. No contact since initial confirmation email. Tried to contact via website form and phone number given on Google profile. No reply and straight to voicemail. I doubt the reviews on Google are legit. I have contacted my cc issuer re chargeback as the retailer was happy enough to charge my card immediately. Even if you are a small outlet, this doesnt absolve you from effective and timely communication with your customers. And if you decide to open an online retail arm to your physical store then you need to be prepared to scale up accordingly in order to avoid disgruntled customers. ****UPDATE**** Leaving Google reviews seems to be the preferred way of communication as the business owner or a person authorised has quickly responded to my initial review. I am not sure how you cant be able to find my order (no. #100) on your system when you charged my card on 15/5 and sent an order confirmation email. I am happy to take this offline if you respond to my contact request made via your website form. I am looking forward to a speedy resolution.
