I initially called the team at Menu Shop for advice. They were very knowledgeable, they listened to what I wanted and they ended up sending me a free sample of what we had discussed. The sample they sent arrived quickly and I then placed an order online. I wanted some menu cords / tassels and, because I wanted an odd amount, Menu Shop sent me two whole packs rather than break a pack down. This gave me lots of spares which was most generous. Where on earth do you get people to promptly help, know their stuff and are generous to a fault? Answer: MENU SHOP! I would happily recommend them and thier products to anyone. Thank You.

Coming back to this company after all the Covid problems and I'm pleased to say that their service and products do not disappoint! Having previously ordered from them a few times before the pandemic it was great to see the same level of service Id had before. The menus I ordered this time came quicker than their estimate and the quality is perfect. (To be honest the menus I had from them before were still going strong but I felt like a change! Really glad I did but its always good to have a backup ) I will undoubtably be buying from them again and I recommend them regularly. Cheers guys and keep up the good work
