We have used Iles and Vincent 3 times over the last 2 years firstly with my mil,then again in October and November 2019 when I lost both my parents within 5 weeks of each other. Bev answered my call straight away and was reassuring that she had everything in place,she was amazing and I didn't have to worry about anything. I went to visit all parents in the chapel of rest and to be fair they looked like they were asleep as I was at all their deaths I was worried with what I would see. Everything was highly professional and Bev and her staff went above and beyond and wouldn't recommend them high enough Thankyou Iles and Vincent

The level of care and service from Bev and her team throughout the entire process and beyond was absolutely fantastic. Last year I lost my Dad and was concerned of not getting him a funeral he deserved Bev helped me through all of the details and was extremely thorough ensuring everything went perfectly to plan. I would very highly recommend Iles & Vincent to anyone who has lost a loved one and wants a professional and personal funeral company.

My family and I highly recommend Iles & Vincent, their handling of my late father's arrangements genuinely could not have been better. Following a disappointing meeting with another company, the Iles & Vincent team was recommended to us by a friend. From the word go, Anna and Beverley showed a level of care and experience that put us at ease and took a huge amount of the worry away about the whole process. They had the right knowledge to guide us through the logistics and arrangements whilst also showing genuine empathy and understanding of our loss. At the funeral itself they were a calm and reassuring presence taking care of the process and allowing us to grieve, dealing with late-arriving guests in their stride. The care down to the smallest detail was exceptional. My father got the send off that the whole family wanted, our sincere thanks are with Iles & Vincent - we cannot recommend them highly enough.
