        We have been using the services of Fire Link for all our fire protection needs and servicing requirements for over 10 years. Because we were so impressed with the service in more recent times Ken has formulated all our Health and Safety documents. We have also used him for staff training. Not only did he deliver this very competently and professionally but the staff thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Service: Fire protection

        I called this company to discuss some training they offer on their website. I got confronted by a rude unprofessional lady on the other end of the phone. She was highly sarcastic and rude, she kept referring to us as "mate". She later informed us that the course we are looking for they do not offer, so i mentioned the website is displaying this to the response "well what do you want me to do about it mate"? I can honestly say i would rather lose the work than send engineers to this company to get trained, awful service, awful attitude.
