        very unserious, they had a drain jetter for sale on Ebay, I won that drain jetter and agreed with them to send the courier to pick it up. They didn't answer the phone anymore and they contacted me after a few days with the reason that they had a faulty phone and if they want to buy that drain jetter. I asked for videos with the drain jetter and they said they would send them to me, but after a day I realized that they had blocked my phone. Very unserious and i think scammers.

        I phoned at 8am on BH , -as kitchen sink wasnt draining and we checked pipes. Washing machine was splashing water back out ! Rich arrived at 9 , took 1 3/4 hr, repeating blasts, techniques, showing me on the camera the gunk and chunks of 22 years build up , nearly 7 metres!! Showed the the underside of sink plug hole when he left.,brilliant friendly service, cant recommend them enough . Always happens in the middle of the night ( we lost electricity before ) or BH, now can enjoy the rest of Easter.
