No issues with dental care but management & reception leave a lot to be desired. Very unprofessional. Would help if someone listened to & responded to voicemail messages.....would save a lot of distress

I wouldn't have given one star but it won't accept no stars. They don't answer the telephone and using a really old recorded message. I know dentists are busy but please provide at least a basic service like answering the telephone!

Terrible experience over the last few months. Dreadfully inefficient payment system which has caused me terrible stress. Little help from practice manager to sort it, never returning my calls, etc. Ghastly experience with a dentist for a denture. She never explained what she was doing, caused much discomfort and pain when forcing it into my mouth. I have now been left with an ill fitting denture I can't wear which has cost me 400 and having no satisfaction in having anything done about it. I have now registered with a different dentist!!

I have had some dreadful experiences with crude and sloppy dentists at other practices in the past which caused me to stop going for 18 years but in a few visits Dr. Shamlakan Aly has restored my faith entirely. I have never felt more trust in a medical professional than I do with this amazing lady. She is highly intelligent and experienced, a very clear and profound communicator, an expert with her equipment & staff and one is left in no doubt at all that your oral health and well-being are her absolute passion and focus. It is so refreshing and rare these days to not feel that money and/or time are the most important factors at play. I received the most thorough and comprohensive examination and advice imaginable. I feel incredibly grateful and lucky to live in a place where I am fortunate enough to receive the highest possible level of care such as that provided by Dr. Aly and her wonderful team. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me, my life is already immeasurably better and less stressful thanks to you. J. Brough
