We bought an old, run down cottage in Bradford on Avon, which Nick and Ryan of Meadowgrove took on to refurbish and extend. Their work was professional and to an extremely high standard in all aspects. Nick project managed the entire work very efficiently, bringing in electricians, plumbers, plasterers and additional specialists to ensure a high quality finish within the timescales agreed. Both Nick and Ryan seemed to pick up on our tastes and requirements and discussed all aspects of the work with us to ensure we were happy. Many of their suggestions enhanced the vision we had. This has meant we now have a beautiful home which we are enjoying living in and will do for many years.

Meadowgrove undertook our project of rebuilding the kitchen of our Grade 2 listed thatched cottage this summer . Throughout they endeavoured to understand our needs and were very responsive when we had changes of heart during the build . They worked brilliantly as a team and every member was a delight to have on site. Their attention to detail was excellent and showed great skill in every aspect of the project . They liaised well with the various planning and building control departments taking stress and concern off ourselves .They were punctual and good at informing us of who would be onsite and when, Nick and Ryan always answer their phones if we needed to discuss something. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone with a building project be it large or small.

I have used this company for several projects and have always been very satisfied. I found them to be punctual, polite and extremely professional, with immense pride in their work. I do have plans to use them again and would definitely recommend.

The initial survey was prompt and professional and it was reassuring to note that Nick understood exactly what we required. The job itself started as agreed and finished right on schedule with no mess and no problems. The price we paid was fair and the job was well executed.
