Bryony has been a huge support from the moment I first picked up the phone to her. She immediately understood and gave me clarity about the next steps for my business. She later helped me develop a new website. Throughout the process she understood my requirements, communicated clearly, never minded when I was holding things up (!) and made updates quickly. She has a team to support her if needed too. I really like the model she works to that she helps get the website design right, then hands it over so I can make changes myself but is there to help me going forward also.
