Went Monday bank Hoilday for a birthday lunch, perfect lunch and presentation to detail excellent, our waitress, looked after us 100% with politeness and professionalism, always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble, and she has a beautiful singing voice. Well done, Anna, the lady from Ukraine.

We've been coming here for ages and it's our favorite pub in this area. Food is always great and the atmosphere both inside and out is superb.

Lovely atmosphere. The food is good but a little overpriced. Some things are not done right, as in: roast potatoes were not crispy, Yorkshire puddings were greasy, apple tart had soggy pastry. But some things from the menu are really great. Steak and ale pie was excellent, with beautiful mash But don't you dare show up in grubby clothes. Considering this place is in the country, everyone is dressed smart and will give you the dirtiest looks if you don't make an effort. So by all means, explore the countryside, do some gardening at the weekend, but to go here, put a shirt or a dress on.

This place is amazing, great food , amazing staff and a beautiful venue.i would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
