I called British Bug Control thinking I had bed bugs. I had a couple of pictures and sent them on to Gareth there who was brilliant. He identified the insects not as bed bugs but as bird mites, which was a big relief as I had done my research and know how hard bed bugs are to kill. We have starlings nesting in the loft area, so that then made sense as they live in the nests. A straightforward insecticide spray was arranged and problem is now gone. They attire coming back once the starlings have gone (protected while nesting) to clean up and then proof against them coming back in next year. Excellent, informative, honest service and good value for money. Five stars.

Had a problem with bed bugs in my flat which I couldn't get rid of - yuk! Spray treatments didn't work but did some research into heat treatment and found British Bug Control online - their site is informative and they were really knowledgable and helpful on the phone. Anyway they were able to set up a heat treatment within a couple of days and it worked brilliantly - no more bites and no more stressful sleepless nights! Yay. Even if it hadn't it all comes with a 24-week guarantee. Hope you never get bed bugs, they are a nightmare. But if you do I recommend these guys.
