We had a few problems with Marley going into the kennels but then we found Richard at Highlands Kennels. We took Marley for a trial run and he was most anxious, however Richard and his team worked with him and he has just spent nearly 19 days there and looks absolutely amazing. I would like to thank Richard for his perseverance, dedication and determination to ensure that Marley was completely comfortable and so well looked after during his stay. I can honestly say we will be moving next years holiday as Richard is already fully booked as I wont be taking Marley anywhere else. Thank you so much Richard and your team x

Just picked up our 2 rescue terriers from their first stay at Highlands Kennels. Delighted to say that they have come home happy and healthy and have clearly been very well looked after. The kennels are spotless and the dogs have plenty of exercise, couldnt ask for more. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Richard has looked after my cat Blitzen many times. The enclosures at Highlands are always spotlessly clean and he doesn't mind administering daily medication. I can also add that Richard understands Blitzens (unusual) personality which is nice! I have no hesitation at all in recommending Highlands Kennels & Cattery.
