The good... My prescription was ready roughly 20 minutes after I'd left the doctors. I'm used to having to leave it a couple of hours at other pharmacies, so this was great and the reason why I'm still giving 3 stars instead of 1. When I arrive the person said how can I help you? I said that I wanted to collect a prescription, and she just replied "and?" before staring at me blankly. I asked what she meant, and was asked for my details. I found this extremely rude, how am I supposed to know what someone wants to know by one word such as that? It would have been far more polite to ask "can I take your details please?". My head was thrown a little, added to not being very well, and I couldn't remember some basic details such as today's date. I'd been in bed sick for the past 3 days, so hasn't thought about the date and asked what the date was. She quipped that it could be April Fools with my answers that I had given. I walked out, a little humiliated.

What a brilliant pharmacy and pharmacist. Went in with my son with suspected impetigo. Taken to the consulting room and with a really kind bedside manner the pharmacist checked it all out and gave treatment (it wasnt impetigo (just yet)) and advice on what to watch out for. Best pharmacy service in years! Thanks!

One of the staff, female Health Care Assistant very rude, made a very cutting comment as her back was turned to me. I work at a local GP practice and if one of my staff treated patients like this their behaviour would not be tolerated. Such a shame as other staff seemed very friendly, helpful and professional. This employee needs to learn from their example as she is letting the team down.
