I have been training with Tom since October 2021, and I can actually say its been a successful journey thus far with over 2st in weight loss, much stronger both physically and mentally training 3 times a week. I also can get bored very quickly, however I can honestly say no session feels the same. Tom has a great way of being professional yet personable in his approach, and he exemplifies that which he is selling as a PT Trainer, he encourages me to push beyond my comfort zone in such a way you keep wanting more - I would recommend him as a trainer all day everyday.

Tom took me on a unique journey filled with lots of obstacles, which every journey has that's worth embarking upon. Creative training, which was key for me to sustain interest, made hard work enjoyable. Ngl, It was physically and mentally challenging but oh so rewarding! When you skip home with a smile on your face, you know you are doing something right! Tom is a medal winning athlete and he's eager to share his expertise. Tom has created a safe environment for me with his support, gentle yet stern encouragement, adaptability to my life's circumstances and non judgmental approach. He brought the best out in me and as months went by I developed a love for weightlifting. I have ended my journey with Tom but my journey has only begun and I will always be thankful to Tom for this. I guess I'm trying to say- I highly recommend Tom Caution- you won't find it in the T&C - be prepared to deal with your new hotness- it comes with responsibility

Fantastic trainer, motivational approach, great facilities! Came as a complete beginner with an objective to build up sufficient confidence and strength to join a CrossFit class. Tom completely met the brief and within 12 weeks objective met! I would highly recommend Tom.

Tom is a fantastic motivator and trainer. Everything was bespoke to my needs and I felt immeasurably better and fitter at the end of the two months of sessions. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Tom Watson as a personal trainer. We asked him to train myself and my husband for a 10k tough mudder. Tom created a bespoke training programme for us which we thoroughly enjoyed. He pushed us both to our limits and after six weeks we are totally transformed and ready for the challenge. Thank you Tom and we are returning for more training after our holiday.
