Great service. It was quick to get an appointment and Nisha ran through what I should expect in terms of the treatment. Gemma made me feel very comfortable at the actual appointment, explaining what she was going to do and carrying out the procedure efficiently and with care so that any discomfort was minimal. My ears immediately felt much better and I haven't had any issues since.
