Used the Redhill based car sales. Brought the car stating it was fully serviced and full mot. And it wasnt. Took a week before I could even drive it to get the mot done so I could tax it. Because I had to use there garage. Had the car not even 6 months and numerous problems with it and now the clutch has completely gone and going to cost me 1000. To get fully repaired. The service was good but got completely done over. Now trying to contact the guy who I met and brought it from and nothing! Useless and really disappointed and disrespectful.

Do not recommend. Messed around from start to finish. Bought car 5000 and on driving home had loads of warning light come on, oil,water,brakes,dpf. Had to stop at a garage to put oil and water in. Since then had new discs and pads, had to pay for the full service (not been done in 60k although adverted as full service). Under warranty had manifold replaced, oil leak, glow plugs but still have Dpf fault caused by glow plug relay, now being told that's not covered?? They can't seem to understand I bought the car with this fault. They constantly ignored and pass you from you person to person. It's only been 3 months since I bought this car and I've sent about 20+ emails, 20+ phone calls, 6 garage trips, 3 rac visits.

I brought my audi from here. Friendly professional people. No high pressure sales pitch. Gave my 4 children drinks and kept them entertained whilst i was looking. I had 2 test drives and the wife had a drive too. Would definitely buy from them again.
