I was allowed to stay for this short job to reassure him. Less than 20 minutes later we emerged from the salon neat and tidy and with "safety feet".
Laura (and Sara!) complimented me on the condition of Eric's coat and did not try to upsell any additional grooming services. I have already booked his next appointment and will be calling when Laura opens next week to book my other Collie in for a wash and a blow dry before we compete in one of the Obedience classes at Crufts next month.
Highly recommended.
