        My aunt D was admitted to Cranmer Court for rehab' and assessment after an emergency hospital admission. She was there for several weeks and the care she received was exemplary. When I visited (prior booking and full Covid measures in place) the home was inviting, warm and cheerful. Her room was lovely, with en-suite facilities, phone, TV and a window overlooking the garden. Every member of staff that I encountered was friendly and professional and my questions were always answered. She had the choice to be included in various communal activities and enjoyed them. While she was there, she put on some much needed weight, her mental functions improved as she was mentally stimulated and had regular hydration, and the "roses" came back to her cheeks. I never worried for a second that she was in a safe and caring environment. Thank you to everyone; you are all wonderful. Linda
