Outstanding service from beginning to end, I cannot recommend this estate agent more highly. Communication was impeccable, professional, friendly and understanding. They had our best interests at the heart of everything they did and went out of their way to reassure and advise us at all times. They are also the most reasonably priced. There is only one word to describe Rayners - AMAZING. Having spent the last 4 years (yes that's not a typo) trying to move house during a crazy- housing-market-frenzy i've dealt with my fare share of Estate Agents... and Rayners have so far been the best yet! Not only were they flexible with viewings (during Christmas), they have been informative throughout the buying process, kept us updated on the sellers status, been polite and friendly and made the 'stressful' moving process very easy. Absolute pleasure to work with. When i sell my new house (which won't be any time soon :-))... i'll be using Rayners. One very happy buyer. Thanks Rayners!!

We selected Rayners from three local agents to help us sell my mums home. They completely understood our situation, giving us lots of confidence from the off. They quickly delivered us a well-positioned and highly motivated buyer. Even so, there was a lot of chasing to do throughout the process, which Sam, Kim, Suzie and co did regularly, giving us feedback and updates all the way through. They are really attentive, and really connected up as a team (there was always someone working on our sale). Also, their recommendations on other suppliers (from conveyancing to house clearance) were excellent. We would absolutely recommend.

As everyone knows moving can be an extremely stressful time. We had a very positive experience with Rayners Town & Country in Warlingham. Lorna and Gill sold and found our properties and were so happy with our new home they knew our new home was the right one for us before we did!! That just shows how good they are at their job and their years of experience. All communications within the office, particularly with Kim and Sam, were so helpful and friendly. We were always kept informed and up to date with every step and if we ever had any questions they were always happy to help. I would highly recommend this estate agent, they are brilliant.

We have just completed the sale of my Late Mum's Property , handled by all the staff and specifically Suzie, at Rayners. The service they gave us was outstanding from start to finish. They kept us fully informed at all times and it was very reassuring to be in their safe hands, when at times we were feeling a bit nervous or just worrying ! They handled everything with the utmost descretion and they all worked so hard for us to complete this sale whilst being aware of our circumstances.
