The Warlingham Green Medical Practice

An absolutely amazing practice ! Have been a patient since moving to Warlingham in 1979. Cannot speak highly enough about the care and empathy they have given me . All the staff have been my lifeline, especially Dr Campbellwhose care and humour, has been imperative.

I cannot fault this practice. I have received the best of care for both me and my family. They bend over backwards to fit us in for appointments and nothing is too much trouble, over the years the doctors, nurses and support staff have all been exceptional. I hear other people complaining that theyre never able to get appointments at their own surgery and I realise how lucky we are as we have always been able to see a GP or nurse when we have needed to. We all feel listened to, validated and cared for and the practice have given valuable support to us through some very difficult times. Thank you to every one of you.

Had the most degrading experience dealing with Dr.Campbell today. Not only did he talk down to me and accuse me of lying about what his receptionist had said, but was unnecessarily rude and ignorant. Completely unprofessional behaviour for a doctor! I have never been this humiliated in my life. A formal complaint will be filed for this unacceptable behaviour. Had to put one star as it did not give me a choice to put no stars.

We have been using Warlingham Green Medical Practice for years, and their service is exemplary. Many of our residents (we are a nursing home) have complex medical needs, and these are handled extremely well. All of the staff are polite and professional.
