        I rent my autoclave from Excel Healthcare for my body piercing at a tattoo shop... Just had my yearly service attended by an engineer called Garry. Brilliant guy, informative and helpful, but also conversational in the way that we spoke about many things on his attendance... Van was stocked with what he needed for the job and he left the place exactly as it was before he started without me having to clean up... 5 stars on Google for Excel but 10 stars to Garry on his excellent service...
