We commissioned SDA to advise on a whole house renovation with extension. After an in-depth consultation and listening to our requirements they set off with some proposals. What we received blew us away - designs we hadnt imagined and the use of space maximised fully. The project was completed and we were more than just satisfied. Shaun and Brendan kept us up to date and were always accessible for queries. Highly recommend SDA.

We approached Brendon in 2018 with some drawings for our new Scout Headquarters, Eagle Hall in Warley, that needed to be changed from a traditional brick construction to a steel frame design. We had employed a structural engineer to design the steel frame who, unfortunately proved less than reliable. Brendon and his team coped with all of these difficulties in a very professional manner and produced clear and legible drawings despite a great deal of structural issues that had to be dealt with. They also willingly made several revisions without fuss and even after the building was completed in 2020 they have produced minor revisions quickly and efficiently. In short we have found Brendon and his team to be very professional, efficient, imaginative and friendly and would not hesitate to recommend their services. Simon Timmins

First class service from Brendon and the team. Brendon from the initial meeting understood our vision and was able to add value with his experience and expertise. The results speak for themselves with a house we are extremely proud of that fits our family set up perfectly.

Spatial & Brendon helped us design our new build dream home in Warley, Essex. We also used Spatial to project manage the build. The whole process was made much simpler with their involvement. Always would recommend.
