Absolute little gem. Clean and tidy, decor cosy and thoughtfully done. Sunny garden. This cottage has everything you could possibly want. Very well stocked kitchen. Washing machine and dryer was usefull. The owners have put alot of thought into their cottage. Excellent communication. Easy to get to either coastline in about 40 mins. Beautiful walks and the beaches are amazing. Even saw the wild ponies on the Moor just up the road from the cottage. Would highly recommend Bandylegs Cottage

We stayed at this fantastic cottage during a rainy half term week with a 6 and 4 year old. They were very excited as soon as they got in because the cottage is very open, bright and spacious (the complimentary scones, jam and clotted cream helped!). It was impeccably clean, with natural furnishings, a wood burner and was fully equipped with all we needed (like a good range of family DVDs for evening movie nights and a bluetooth speaker for a morning boogie). The washing machine and dryer came in handy with the rapid change in kids clothes. Upstairs the second (kids) room was sizable and the bed was very comfortable for our girls. The kingsize room was again a great size and had great views of the wild horses on the nearby farm. The location in Mount was picturesque and perfect and allowed us to spend a day at the Carnglaze caves (12 minutes drive away) which are a great attraction for the kids especially the nearby fairy garden and woodtrail walk. It also meant that travelling to the Eden Project and Fowey for a boat trip on other days was not far at all. We also wanted to say thanks to a friendly neighbour across the road who was very welcoming and helpful. We would strongly recommend this cottage to a family of 4 and we certainly would be coming back again.
