After 30+ years of our old boiler, the week before last we had to have a new boiler fitted. To be fair we were a little apprehensive in regard to the upheaval that it was going to entail. However, we need not have been. From the quotation stage with Ian through to fitment week we were impressed with the professionalism and courteousness from all concerned. You sent to us the team of Luke & Charlie, along with Ryan for a day, they were an absolute credit to your company and themselves. They were polite, courteous, clean and tidy workmen. They explained what they were going to do before they did it and afterwards or even along the way kept us informed of progress. It was a real pleasure to have these guys in our house for the week.
