        Lovely home cooked food. The steak and kidney pie was excellent. Came with a nice range of veg and potatoes. Treacle pudding was thick but light and delicious with a scoop of ice cream.

        We ate here last night for the first time. Lovely home cooked food, good selection of nicely cooked veg and potatoes. Duck cooked just right, sauce very tasty and steak and kidney pie lovely. Starters and desserts lovely too. Dont know why we left it so long to eat here but we will definitely eat here again. Owners were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend

        Lovely food in old-fashioned yet charming surroundings. Maybe consider dispensing with the many placemats but otherwise don't change a thing. Genuinely well cooked food, fair prices, cosy place. We enjoyed it very much.
