Really dirty product. They have contacted me to introduce their masks as I sell this product on Ebay, they give me 27p per mask, and promise they will send me good product, and showed me videos even I could not see clearly, but they promise I will get a refund if I don't like the product, so we had a go with this company, and spends 2400 to try their goods. We received the good next day, but it was terrible, the ear hoops will break off easily, the mask is flattened it looks like someone used it, some of the metal strips are on show or poking through, and the manufacturer was really bad, we even could find hear and eyelash and dust too. I called them immediately, and to return the goods. At first they try to diny, they said whatever I tell them is not possible, they have a team in China and they checked the masks one by one. So, I took pictures and videos to show them, in the end the boss said he had spoken to china team, and they laid to him, the goods did had problems, and he check his other boxes in his warehouse and i was right, he said will give 600 refund to let me keep the goods, but I rejected, as half of the product can not be used and I need a refund. The next day he called again, and again, he said he will exchange the goods with medical masks also no extra cost, I agreed. The medical masks are ok. The following service is not acceptable at all, was really bad. After this order, they called me again to chase an other order, and I was really silly to make a order again with them, I should not trust them again. So I placed order, and what I have received it as same as what I have received the first time, I could not understand why this happened again, as they said they want to make customers, not just one order. I called them ask why , what I heard is "this is not possible, I have checked all masks for you, and how could I know this is my masks? Sorry, I could not give you a refund, or no exchange, sorry I could not help you with any thing", I could not believe this is really happened to me, half of the goods had got problem(around 1000 masks). And I had to check those masks one by one, they got dust, hear, eyelash, alsorts of problem. It was a really hard time for me, as I have to make sure my buyer got a better product, and I could not sell half of the masks, it was a big loss for me, and I have wasted a lot of time. Please be warned before you buy from this company.
