A4 MOTOR COMPANY

Having purchased a car recently a small problem occurred with it, I contacted Chris and within a couple of hours the issue was resolved, I also received a follow up call later from the company to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. This is Zwhat I call service and would recommends visiting A4 when looking to purchase a vehicle

Very poor customer service! Very interested in purchasing a Nissan Qashqai from the dealer, called up to check we could look at it and that we were local so would be arriving soon, owner said that was fine. The car was parked at the back of unit but with space to open all doors. We had previously owned one and so knew how it drove and the rough space available but seeing as we are a larger family with 3 children we wanted to see if our car seats fitted. Rather than being accommodating, the owner was rude and unwilling to help us. We were extremely interested in purchasing that car but his rude attitude means we will excluding that business from our search. He was NOT helpful at all.

I was pushed to pay a deposit by them for a car i was 100% interested in buying but unfortunately the finance deal didnt work out. To say the least I had to ARGUE with a man on the phone as to why i would like my deposit back and had to get in contact with them 5 different times by phone and email. I paid the deposit in December 2022 and didnt get it back until Feb 2023. If i knew I had to fight to get my money back I would have never paid the deposit in the first place. Bad customer service, however I'm sure their cars are decent due to other reviews.

Terrible customer service, Im convinced the other reviews are fake! THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY they dont care about providing anything else

The most unorganised garage we have ever come across. We asked if we could pay a deposit as we couldnt get there until the weekend to look at this car. They said yes, 200 by bank transfer so we paid it (after they deliberated about it for a day). No response from them, no confirmation they had the payment - nothing. We had to phone multiple times before we got a response and finally had some half hearted story about the gearbox needed to be inspected, so we needed to cancel the viewing. If we hadnt phoned, we would have just turned up. Fast forward a few days and they still hadnt given us back the 200, we had to phone AGAIN to get it back - what unorganised mess is this garage? If we hadnt chased, would you just have stolen the 200?! And finally, the truth is, they had forgotten they had taken our deposit and had just sold the car; it was taxed and insured a mere days later - if we were just told the truth and refunded immediately, it wouldnt have been a problem. I dont care they have 5 stars from others, I guess once people get past the grumpiness and disorganised nature of the garage, the cars themselves are OK. Would not recommend otherwise.
